The Woodhouse Youth Forum is a youth organisation based in Woodhouse working as part of The Woodhouse and District Community Forum. We are made up and work with young people aged 13 to 19. We work on many different projects for young people we are working with the Salvation Army and Sheffield Futures to develop workshops for young people.

We also work very hard in the community to organise the Woodhouse Family Fun Day this is a yearly project that we organise for the community to enjoy. We are currently working on a new youth enterprise project that will give young people a change to create and develop a new business.

Meet The Team

  Jack Taylor - Chairman
I have been the Chairman of the woodhouse youth forum since it was set up in April 2005 throughout that time i have
been leading my team in the planning of various Family Fun days, and Christmas markets. Since we set up the forum we
have taken many responsibilities from the Woodhouse and District Community forum and built these into community
events that are enjoyed by all. Currently we are working on a new youth enterprise scheme, and a new youth theatre
company. I enjoy all the work that I do with the forum and hope that my work as gone some way to make a difference to
other young people’s lives and that i have made some sort of impact on the workings of my community.
